The One SIMPLE Exercise to Better Understand Your Running Technique...
Fed Up With Getting Injured? Or Just Want To Run Faster, Better?
Over the years I have discovered this one SIMPLE exercise that can identify many different muscle and joint issues that could be affecting your running. Highlighting everything from problems in your thoracic spine down to restrictions in your ankles.
Running can be a relatively high-impact, repetitive sport, but that doesn't mean you have to put up with niggles or full-blown injuries! Understanding running technique is something I have dedicated years of research and effort to so that I can help runners develop to their best whilst also reducing injury risk.
Click the link below to get instant access to clear step-by-step instructions that will guide you through the exercise and how to record your results. Once complete, we will send you a full report showing your results and how they could be affecting your running.

I'm Barrie Evans
When I started my running journey more than 20 years ago, I was plagued with different injuries. Not exactly a great way to start but I was determined to stick at it (I was doing it because I was overweight at the time, but it ended up becoming so much more than just a way to lose weight). After years of different treatments and a lot of research and experimentation, I became pretty damn good at highlighting and correcting running technique problems.
Now I use what I've learned to help people just like you to find out how your body is affecting your running. I use the one simple exercise I am going to teach you here to help you determine whether you want to jump in and complete a comprehensive running assessment (or not, it's completely up to you at the end of the day).
