You Are Ready To Take Control of Your Running Journey?

This 20-week coaching program will teach you everything you need to know to become a runner you can be proud of.  You'll learn how to:

  • Train ALL body systems used for running
  • Build and maintain a strong and mobile running body
  • Develop a powerful running mindset

With our 7 Core Pillars of Running approach, you could see massive improvements in your running.

What's Included In The Online Coaching Program...

You will have weekly 30-45 minute video calls with your coach to check in, update plans, and address any questions throughout the program, which will be broken down into 4 key phases:

PHASE 1

Build a Foundation for Injury Prevention

You need a solid foundation on which to build.  You will be building your body to prepare for the demands of the coming months, including:

  • Base mileage development
  • Preparing for, and starting Strength & Mobility work
  • Reviewing your goals and current habits

You’ll finish this phase with a clear understanding of what you want to achieve and what will be involved in achieving it.

PHASE 2

Develop Initial Quality Running

You will be introducing new training stress (speed) whilst starting to work on your running technique. You will be continuing to build your body and mind through:

  • Increasing muscle strength
  • Improving running technique
  • Developing better habits around mindset, nutrition and recovery

You’ll finish this phase with a stronger anaerobic system and with better technique.

PHASE 3

Move to Transition Quality Running

You will be starting to move away from speed towards endurance with a focus on aerobic power.  You will be continuing your running development through:

  • Improving VO2Max (Maximum Aerobic Power)
  • Moving into a Strength Endurance phase
  • Adding new technique improvements

You’ll finish this phase with an improved aerobic system that can better power your running.

PHASE 4

Finish with Final Quality Running

In this final phase, you will be developing your endurance and making some final technique adjustments.  Your final phase of training will include:

  • Improving endurance (Lactate Clearing)
  • Identifying future improvement areas
  • Testing 5k/10k performance

You’ll finish this phase with better endurance that will allow you to run faster for longer.

The BETA Program Is For You If...

  • You are running 3 or more times per week (15+ miles weekly
  • Your current 5k time is in the range of 22 to 40 minutes
  • You can commit to 20 weeks of (tough, but effective) training
  • You are not currently injured or recovering from a serious injury
