Expert Guidance
Our experienced Running Coach & Run Leaders (UK Athletics Licensed) will provide professional guidance tailored to your needs and goals. They will offer tips on form and technique, and ensure you progress safely.

Where do we meet?
We meet every Tuesday & Thursday at 6pm just opposite the main car park at the Trelewis end of Taff Bargoed Park.
The car park usually has plenty of (free) parking spaces.
Please note: the toilet facilities are usually closed by the time we meet so go-before-you-come.
