Thinking about running… but not sure where to start?

If joining a running group feels intimidating, you’re not alone - and you don’t have to decide anything yet.

You’re not alone if this feels familiar

Zero to 45 is for people who:

  • Haven’t run in years (or ever)
  • Feel nervous about keeping up
  • Worry they’ll be the slowest
  • Aren’t sure they’re “fit enough”

If any of that sounds familiar, you’re exactly who this is designed for.

Zero to 45 is an in-person beginner running programme in South Wales.

You don’t need to be a runner.
You don’t need confidence.
You don’t need to feel ready.

Zero to 45 starts slowly and builds gradually - helping confidence grow alongside fitness.

Most people feel unsure at the beginning.
That’s normal.

What happens when you join the waitlist?

Joining the Zero to 45 waitlist doesn’t commit you to anything.

It simply means:

  • You’ll be the first to hear when the next group opens
  • You’ll receive reassurance around common beginner worries
  • You can take your time deciding if it feels right

There’s no pressure to join.
You’re just keeping the door open.

Who runs Zero to 45?

I’m Barrie, a running coach based in South Wales.

I run beginner groups for people who want a supportive, non-judgemental way to start running, especially those who feel unsure about taking the first step.

Most people don’t see themselves as runners when they begin.

“I hadn’t run in over 25 years and they got me running. Everyone encouraged each other.” - Karen L (Zero to 45 participant)

If you’d like to be kept in the loop and decide in your own time, you can join the Zero to 45 waitlist below.

You can unsubscribe at any time. No spam. Just updates when it matters.

Groups usually run a few times per year and places are limited, but joining the waitlist doesn’t obligate you to anything.
