No pressure. No judgement. No need to already be fit.

You will not be expected to turn up and run non-stop.
Zero to 45 is designed to help you build gradually, with a clear structure and support throughout.
Week 1 - short, manageable run-walk intervals
Week 12 - 45 minutes continuous running
Every session is designed to build your confidence and fitness step by step, so you are not left trying to figure it out on your own.

I coach beginners in a supportive, non-judgemental way that helps them build confidence as well as fitness.
Most people who join Zero to 45 do not see themselves as runners when they start. My job is to help them realise they can do more than they thought - with the right structure, the right pace and the right support.
