You can update your email preferences, billing information, and password by logging into your account to access your settings.

After logging in, click on your Avatar in the top right corner of the page.  Then, select Settings from the dropdown.  Here you can edit the following information:

Profile settings

• Full Name
• Email
• Time Zone
• Email Notification Preferences
• Upload and change your Avatar image (i.e., User Menu Icon).

Social profile

You can edit the information displayed about you in any Community area (such as the member directory, comments, etc).  Your Social Profile will appear in any Community area when other users hover over your avatar:

• Bio
• Location
• Social Links

Password

You can update your Password from your Profile Settings.

Purchase history

You can view all the Offers you have purchased and the Products you have been granted access to here.

Customer billing information

• View and update your Credit Card Information
• View or Cancel your Active Subscriptions if enabled

• Try resetting your password using the same email you joined with.
• Still stuck? Use the form below.

• Check your spam or promotions folder.
• Search for “Kajabi” or “Everfit” in your inbox.
• If you still can’t find it, submit the form below.

Log into your Kajabi account → Settings → Billing.

• Close and reopen the app.
• Ensure you’re logged in with the same email you used to join.
